Since these services involve time, expertise, documentation, and regulatory processes, refunds are governed under the conditions mentioned below.
2. No Refund After Service Delivery
Once any service has been:

- Processed,
- Submitted,
- Delivered, or
- Shared with the client,
the payment made for that service shall be non-refundable.
This includes completed consultations, tax filings, registrations, financial reports, compliance submissions, and accounting work already performed.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Payment charged but service not initiated within the agreed timeline
- Inability to provide the requested service due to internal limitations
- Cancellation approved before work commencement
Approved refunds will be processed after internal verification.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Accounterio shall not be responsible for delays, penalties, or filing errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.
Refunds will not be issued in such situations.
5. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of services before work begins by contacting our support team.
Once our accounting experts or compliance professionals begin processing the assignment, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
6. Processing of Refunds
If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method
- Processing timelines may vary between 7–15 business days
- Transaction or gateway charges, if applicable, may be deducted
7. Non-Refundable Services

- Technical failures outside our control
- Penalties caused by client-side delays or incorrect submissions
